Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service provided by McMurkin Services, please contact us within 7 days of the service date so we can review the concern and work toward a resolution.
In many cases, concerns can be resolved through a follow-up visit or additional treatment when appropriate.
Completed Services
Because most services involve labor, travel time, and the application of treatment products, completed services are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances such as:
• Billing errors
• Duplicate charges
• Services that were scheduled but not performed

Follow-Up Services
If a customer experiences continued issues related to a service provided, McMurkin Services may offer additional service visits or adjustments depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments by contacting McMurkin Services prior to the scheduled service time.
If a technician arrives at a scheduled appointment and the customer is unavailable or the property cannot be accessed, a service fee may apply.

Certain factors such as weather conditions, property conditions, environmental factors, or pest activity levels may affect treatment results. McMurkin Services cannot guarantee immediate or permanent elimination of pests or plant issues in all circumstances.
